Usia maksimal 45 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal SMK/Sederajat, jurusan Teknik Otomotif.
Memahami dan mampu menjalankan prosedur servis dan perawatan kendaraan.
Memiliki pengalaman menangani dan melakukan perbaikan kendaraan:
- Truk Tronton 10 roda
- Truk 6 roda
- Forklift
Berpengalaman dalam melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan:
- Mesin kendaraan
- Kaki-kaki dan ban
- Sistem rem
- Kopling
- Body kendaraan
Mampu melakukan pemeriksaan, menganalisis kerusakan, dan menentukan tindakan perbaikan kendaraan.
Teliti, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
