What they need
- Pendidikan terakhir min. SMK jurusan teknik mesin / teknik alat berat / teknik kendaraan ringan / teknik mesin kapal
- Pengalaman kerja min. 5 tahun di bidang perawatan dan perbaikan mesin diesel (Truk / alat berat / kapal)
- Diutamakan pernah mengikuti pelatihan kejuruan atau sertifikasi khusus perbaikan mesin diesel
- Memahami cara kerja dan komponen utama mesin diesel (termasuk sistem common rail dan injeksi)
- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting, perawatan berkala (service), perbaikan dan overhaul.
- Dapat bekerja dalam tim maupun secara mandiri di bawah tekanan.
- Memiliki fisik yang bugar dan tahan terhadap lingkungan kerja berat
