What they need
Tanggung Jawab:
MEP Engineer bertanggung jawab terhadap koordinasi dan pengawasan sistem:
- Mechanical: HVAC/AC, ventilation, exhaust, chilled water/refrigerant system, pompa, dan sistem mekanikal lainnya.
- Electrical: incoming power, transformer, LVMDP/SDP, panel distribusi, kabel, lighting, emergency power/genset, UPS bila ada, grounding dan lightning protection.
- Plumbing: air bersih, air kotor, air bekas, air hujan, sanitary fixture, pompa dan sistem distribusi.
- Fire Protection: fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump, fire alarm dan sistem proteksi kebakaran terkait.
- ELV/Low Current: CCTV, access control, data/telecommunication, PA system, BMS dan sistem lainnya sesuai lingkup proyek.
- Vertical Transportation: koordinasi kebutuhan MEP untuk lift/escalator bila termasuk dalam proyek.
Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro atau bidang teknik terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai MEP Engineer pada proyek gedung, terutama office building, high-rise building, commercial building, atau proyek sejenis.
Memahami sistem Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) secara menyeluruh.
Menguasai AutoCAD; kemampuan Revit MEP, Navisworks, atau software BIM menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami proses installation, inspection, testing & commissioning sistem MEP.
