What they need
Minimal Pendidikan D3 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Mekanikal Elektrikal, atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun menangani proyek building, residential, commercial, high-rise, atau mixed-use development (diutamakan proyek sekolah)
Memahami sistem Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, serta sistem MEP lainnya
Mampu membaca shop drawing, construction drawing, specification, dan dokumen teknis, serta melakukan monitoring pekerjaan MEP di lapangan sesuai standar mutu dan K3.
Mampu melakukan koordinasi dengan kontraktor, konsultan, vendor, dan tim internal proyek, serta memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan technical reporting yang baik.
Bersedia bekerja di lokasi Summarecon Crown Gading, Bekasi
