- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, atau bidang yang relevan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Merchandiser/MD, terutama di bidang retail.
- Memahami proses merchandising end-to-end, mulai dari perencanaan produk hingga evaluasi penjualan.
- Memahami pengelolaan assortment, pricing, display, stock, dan product performance.
- Mampu melakukan analisis penjualan dan menentukan kebutuhan produk berdasarkan data.
- Memahami proses purchasing, replenishment, stock management, dan koordinasi dengan supplier menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, negosiasi, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
- Bersedia melakukan kunjungan dan monitoring ke toko.
