-Membuat planning bulk (stage approval)
-Follow up order
-Membuat instruksi kerja untuk keperluan order (SPB MANUAL, PMS, SPK DLL)
-Menyampaikan informasi yang di dapat dari customer ke internal (semua divisi terkait) untuk keperluan order (Comment spl & material, approved spl & material, instruksi customer, PPM, pengiriman sample & approval item)
-Menyampaikan informasi ke pihak external yang berkenaan dengan order (customer, supplier embellishment)
-Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan customer dan supplier (embellishment)
