What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan review proses PKS & KCP agar standard parameter tercapai
- Memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan yield dan mengurangi losses
- Melakukan review pelaksanaan preventif maintenance dan rencana kerja untuk seluruh PKS dan KCP
- Bekerjasama dengan Mill Head melakukan continuous improvement
- Implementasi proses/product baru
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik Mesin
- Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer ataupun posisi sejenis di perusahaan kelapa sawit
- Menguasai detail proses di PKS dan KCP, serta detail penggunaan mesin-mesin di PKS & KCP
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan leadership yang sangat baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan Barat
