1. Pendidikan D3/S1 Jurusan Ilmu Komputr/Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 Tahun dibidang serupa/IT Support/IT Officer
3. Mampu memahami dengan baik operasional troubleshooting dan maintenance OS Windows (7,8,10 dan 11) ataupun Linux (Ubuntu)
4. Memahami Proses Audit GPM, Compliance, Computer System Validation (Lebih diutamakan)
5. Dapat mengoperasikan Server NAS Sysnology/QNAP, Server Virtualisasi VMWare/Proxmox
6. Memahami cara kerja email dan jaringan computer (TCP/IP), LAN, WAN, VPN
7. Memiliki kemampuan analisa troubleshooting hardware PC, Printer, LAN
