- Minimal Pendidikan D3/S1 Keperawatan/Ners.
- Bersedia bekerja shift (2 shift).
- Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun diposisi yang sama lebih diutamakan.
- Komunikatif, proaktif, teliti, hangat dan sabar.
- Siap belajar dan menyesuaikan diri.
