Operation Supervisor – Commercial
Job Description:
- Mengawasi operasional area komersial dan memastikan berjalan sesuai SOP.
- Monitor kondisi area, fasilitas, kebersihan, keamanan, dan kenyamanan tenant.
- Mengelola dan mengoordinasikan operational team serta vendor.
- Menangani dan follow up operational issues atau complaint dari tenant.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Engineering, Security, Cleaning, dan Tenant Relations.
- Membuat laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
Requirements:
- Minimal S1.
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang Operations, Property, Mall Management, atau Facility Management.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengelola vendor dan operational team.
- Problem-solving dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
- Bersedia bekerja WFO di area PIK, Jakarta Utara.
