What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengelola operasional harian produk PPOB (pulsa, data, PLN, BPJS, dll)
- Memastikan ketersediaan produk dan kelancaran transaksi
- Memantau performa transaksi (success rate) secara rutin
- Membuka dan menutup produk sesuai kebutuhan
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dan mitra untuk kendala sistem
- Mengelola hubungan dengan vendor/agregator
- Menyusun laporan performa (volume transaksi, omzet, profit)
Kualifikasi:
- Min. pendidikan D3 / S1 Semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang operasional (lebih disukai fintech/e-commerce/Agregator Pembayaran)
- Paham alur transaksi PPOB / agregator dan sistemnya
- Teliti & rajin dalam bekerja
- Memahami dasar percakapan bahasa Inggris
- Bersedia shifting 24/7
