About the role
Kami mencari seorang pemimpin operasional yang tegas dan berorientasi pada hasil nyata untuk mengontrol seluruh pergerakan harian tim Admin dan Teknisi. Posisi ini murni berfokus pada eksekusi internal, tugas utama Anda adalah mengawal kerja tim admin dan teknisi di lapangan, serta memastikan seluruh pekerjaan tuntas tepat waktu sesuai target.
Key responsibilities
- Mengontrol penuh kinerja tim Admin dan Teknisi agar bekerja cepat, disiplin, dan sesuai alur kerja.
- Memastikan jadwal kerja/proyek selesai tepat waktu tanpa ada pekerjaan yang terbengkalai atau tertunda.
- Menyelesaikan kendala teknis dan operasional harian secara langsung.
About you
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
- Berpengalaman sebagai Operations Supervisor/Leader, Project Coordinator, atau peran eksekusi operasional setara.
- Memiliki kepemimpinan yang kuat, berani menegur, tegas, dan komunikatif.
- Berorientasi pada tindakan cepat dan hasil akhir.
- Terbiasa mengontrol progres kerja tim menggunakan Excel, Google Sheets, atau aplikasi manajemen tugas.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di salah satu lokasi: Jakarta Utara (PIK) atau Tangerang (Cipondoh).
