What they need
- Mengoperasikan mesin machining CNC, PLC sesuai dengan SOP dan instruksi kerja.
- Melakukan setting awal mesin, tools, jig dan clamp sebelum proses prouksi
- Melaksanaka proses machining sesuai drawing, control plan dan standar kualitas
- Melakukan pengecekan hasil proses (dimensi visual sesuai standar QC)
- Menjaga kestabilan produk ketika proses (dimensi, visual, sesuai standar QC)
- Mengisi laporan hasil produksi, checkshet produk & checksheet mesin.
- Melakukan perawatan hasian mesin, cleaning, checking & maintenance
- Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan abnormal mesin, tooling atau proses kepada atasan
- Menetapkan prinsip 5S, K3 dan improvement ditempat kerja.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik mesin / manufaktur.
- Mampu membaca gambar teknik & dapat menggunakan alat ukur.
- Memahami dasar mesin CNC serta kontrol kualitas
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai operator CNC Molding / Machining diutamakan
