What they need
- Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK (diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin, Otomotif, atau Listrik)
- Biasanya minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Tidak takut pada ketinggian (terutama untuk operator Tower Crane
- Sertifikat pelatihan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) khusus operator crane sesuai jenisnya (Mobile Crane, Tower Crane, Overhead Crane)
- BeSehat jasmani dan rohani
- Mampu membaca load chart (grafik beban kerja aman) dan menghitung kapasitas beban sebelum mengangkat
- Lancar menggunakan radio komunikasi (HT) dan memahami isyarat tangan (hand signals) standar keselamatan kerja
- Mampu melakukan inspeksi harian sebelum alat digunakan (pre-use inspection checklist).
- Bersedia ditugaskan didaerah Sunggal - Medan
