- Merancang dan mengeksekusi strategi live streaming yang kohesif dan selaras dengan tujuan pemasaran klien
- Menghasilkan ide-ide kreatif untuk format, topik, dan konsep live stream yang menarik perhatian
- Mengawasi kualitas produksi dan memastikan konten live stream sesuai dengan panduan merek klien
- Memantau dan menganalisis metrik kinerja live stream untuk terus-menerus meningkatkan keterlibatan dan dampak
- Membalas pertanyaan audience saat live pada kolom komentar
- Melakukan set up sebelum live dimulai
Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Operator Live Stream
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang platform dan teknologi live streaming, serta tren dan best practice terkini
- Keterampilan produksi video yang kuat, termasuk penggunaan kamera, peralatan audio, dan perangkat lunak pengeditan
- Bersedia bekerja secara shift
- Bersedia bekerja di PIK 1, Jakarta Utara dan/ Mangga Dua
