What they need
Kualifikasi Operator Mesin Milling
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA, diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Pemesinan, atau bidang terkait.
- Memahami pengoperasian mesin milling manual maupun CNC.
- Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan memahami ukuran/toleransi.
- Memahami penggunaan alat ukur seperti jangka sorong, mikrometer, dan height gauge.
- Mampu melakukan setting mesin, pemasangan benda kerja, serta pemilihan tool.
- Memahami dasar G-code/M-code untuk operator milling CNC menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu melakukan quality checking terhadap hasil machining.
- Memahami K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di area produksi.
- Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target produksi.
- Bersedia bekerja shift jika diperlukan.
- Pengalaman sebagai operator mesin milling menjadi nilai tambah, tetapi fresh graduate SMK juga dapat dipertimbangkan.
