- Menganalisa kebutuhan bisnis dari segi operasional.
- Membuat perencanaan jangka pendek dan menengah untuk operasional, serta mengawasi implementasi perencanaan tersebut.
- Menginspirasi tim dengan budaya kerja yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai perusahaan.
- Melakukan coaching bagi tim.
- Memastikan standar operasional di implementasikan oleh tim.
- Memastikan aktivitas dan program marketing berjalan efektif.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan terakhir min D3.
- Berpengalaman sebagai Manager di industri hospitality/food & beverage/entertainment (karaoke, bar, club, spa, dll) selama minimal 2 tahun.
- Memahami aktivitas operasional di industri hospitality/food & beverage/entertainment.
- Penempatan : Babyface Karaoke Semarang
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit bisnis Varuna (Jateng & Bali).
