Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang operasional F&B, diutamakan pada posisi supervisor atau manager.
Memahami SOP operasional outlet, food safety, inventory, dan cost control.
Mampu menganalisis target penjualan dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
Tegas, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
