- Memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan produksi roti, olahan roti, dan pastry.
- Memiliki kemampuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang adonan bakery dari awal hingga akhir.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam 3 shift.
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin produksi roti, pastry dan kue.
- Memiliki kemampuan belajar dengan cepat.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan bekerja dalam tim.
