- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang yang sama
- Menguasai pola sesuai referensi desain (terutama pakaian bayi)
- Menguasai grading pola, teknik dan proses jahit
- Menguasai software optitex, Teliti, detail dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target, Nilai Tambah : Mampu menjahit pakaian
- Mampu membuat marker pola dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi penggunaan kain untuk costing,
- Memahami perhitungan material dan aksesoris
