Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di posisi payroll, diutamakan dari industri manufaktur.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, dll).
- Memahami sistem penggajian, peraturan ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, dan PPh 21.
- Teliti, jujur, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
