Pembantu Tukang Masak (Kitchen Assistant) role involving food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Menyediakan dan melengkapkan bahan-bahan untuk memasak
- Memotong sayur dan buah-buahan
- Memasak nasi menggunakan kawah besar
- Memasak lauk-pauk menu masakan melayu, menu set (nasi beriani/nasi ayam madu/nasi ayam hainan/nasi lemak/nasi kuning/nasi hujan panas/nasi kerabu/nasi minyak/nasi katok/nasi tomato & lain-lain menu set mengikut menu yang ditetapkan)
- Memasak western food (rice pillaf/buttered rice/chicken grill/lamb chop grill/fried chicken chop/mushroom soup/mushroom sauce/brown sauce & lain-lain western food mengikut menu yang ditetapkan)
- Bekerjasama dengan team kitchen yang lain dalam soal kebersihan dapur sebelum & selepas aktiviti memasak
- Sentiasa menjaga kualiti makanan yang dimasak
- Mempraktikkan aspek kebersihan diri sebelum mula memasak
