Kualifikasi:

- Pengalaman di bidang People Development atau fresh graduate dengan pengalaman intership dipersilahkan untuk melamar.
- Menguasai Ms. Office.
- Dapat menghandle audiens dalam training
- Kreatif untuk melaksanakan program training.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
- Penempatan di Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat.
Gambaran umum tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Mengelola Pelatihan di perusahaan dan bekerjasama dengan trainer internal atau eksternal.
- Mendukung proses evaluasi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.
- Mengembankan program coaching dan mentoring untuk membantu karyawan mencapai tujuan karier.
- Mengembangkan pipeline succession planning untuk posisi kunci di perusahaan.
- Mengelola dokumentasi terkait pelatihan dan menyusun laporan tentang aktivitas People Development.
