- Pendidikan S1 Keperawatan Profesi Ners.
- Memiliki STR aktif.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di rumah sakit minimal 2 tahun (diutamakan).
- Memiliki sertifikat Pelatihan Kardiologi Dasar, ACLS dan/atau BHD (diutamakan).
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift.
- Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas jika diperlukan oleh perusahaan.
- Fasih menggunakan Microsoft Office.
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
- Mampu berbahasa inggris minimal pasif.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, bekerja dalam tim .
- Tidak dalam ikatan kerja dan/atau posisi sebagai karyawan institusi swasta lain.
