What they need
Deskripsi Kerja :
- Merancang dan mengelola kerangka kerja penilaian kinerja (KPI / OKR).
- Memimpin siklus evaluasi kinerja berkala (tengah tahun & akhir tahun).
- Menganalisis data capaian performa dan memfasilitasi sesi kalibrasi nilai bersama manajer.
- Menyusun rekomendasi program rewards serta rencana perbaikan kinerja karyawan.
- Mengedukasi seluruh tim mengenai sistem dan metrik pengukuran kinerja.
Kualifikasi :
- Min. S1 Teknik Industri / Manajemen
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Performance Management atau Organizational Development.
- Menguasai metodologi KPI, OKR, dan Balanced Scorecard.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Excel tingkat lanjut
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan interpersonal yang kuat.
