What they need
Performance Marketing Supervisor
Kualifikasi:
Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang Performance Marketing, khususnya di perusahaan E-commerce Enabler atau Brand.
Berpengalaman mengelola dan mengoptimalkan Meta Ads, Google Ads,
Berpengalaman menggunakan Shopee Ads dan TikTok Ads.
Memahami metrik performance seperti ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, dan Conversion Rate.
Terbiasa melakukan monitoring, analisis, dan optimasi campaign untuk meningkatkan sales dan efisiensi advertising budget.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis data yang baik dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target/KPI.
Penempatan: Jakarta Selatan
