What they need
Role Overview:
- Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, kemitraan strategis, dan potensi ekspansi di sektor Education Enterprise.
- Menyusun proposal, pitch deck, model bisnis, dan strategi komersial untuk peluang baru.
- Mendampingi Direktur dalam rapat strategis, presentasi bisnis, dan negosiasi dengan stakeholder.
- Mengelola agenda harian, komunikasi, dan follow-up tindakan strategis untuk Direktur.
- Memantau pipeline bisnis, performance, serta menyiapkan laporan perkembangan untuk Direktur.
Requirements:
- Minimal S1 Manajemen, Pendidikan, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman min. 2–3 tahun di bidang Business Development, Kemitraan, atau Asisten Eksekutif (diutamakan dari sektor sekolah/pusat pelatihan).
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, presentasi, dan stakeholder management yang kuat.
- Terbiasa menyusun proposal bisnis profesional, riset pasar, dan analisa tren.
- Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, multitasking, dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
- Mahir MS Office & Google Workspace.
