- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam perawatan kolam renang di villa, hotel, resort, atau properti sejenis.
- Memahami dasar-dasar perawatan kolam renang.
- Mampu melakukan pengecekan rutin terhadap sistem sirkulasi, pompa, filter, dan peralatan pendukung kolam renang.
- Mampu mengidentifikasi indikasi kerusakan atau ketidaksesuaian fungsi kolam.
- Fleksible untuk bekerja dihari libur/tanggal merah.
- Memiliki sikap jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja mobile sesuai kebutuhan operasional villa (Yogyakarta).
