Tanggung Jawab:
- Menyusun planning dan jadwal produksi berdasarkan order dan kapasitas produksi.
- Menghitung kebutuhan bahan baku berdasarkan BOM.
- Memantau ketersediaan bahan baku dan stok produksi.
- Mengontrol progres produksi dari cutting hingga finishing.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Purchasing, Gudang, Produksi, dan Sales.
- Memastikan produksi berjalan sesuai target dan deadline.
- Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap hasil produksi.
- Membuat laporan planning, stok, dan progres produksi.
