What they need
- Minimal D-IV / S1 Teknik Tekstil atau Kimia Tekstil. (Lulusan D-III dapat dipertimbangkan jika memiliki pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di bidang dyeing & finishing).
- Minimal 5 tahun di bidang proses basah (pretreatment & dyeing) dan kering (stenter & finishing), dengan minimal 2 tahun memegang tanggung jawab atas hasil proses (bukan sekadar operator atau staf laboratorium).
- Bahasa Indonesia aktif; Bahasa Inggris pasif-teknis (wajib mampu membaca datasheet zat warna dan standar pengujian).
- Menguasai Excel dasar serta mampu membaca grafik dan tabel data trial.
- Sehat fisik untuk bekerja di lingkungan panas/lembap di lantai celup, serta bersedia bekerja lintas shift dan dipanggil saat krisis produksi.
