What they need
- Lulusan S1 (Sarjana) di bidang Manajemen, Bisnis Administrasi, Teknik Industri, Akuntansi, atau Supply Chain Management.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi manajerial atau team leader yang membawahi staf pembelian
- Kemampuan menyusun kriteria seleksi, melakukan audit, serta mengukur performa supplier/vendor.
- Mahir menghitung estimasi biaya, mengelola anggaran pembelian, serta melakukan cost-benefit analysis agar operasional efisien.
- Mampu meninjau draf kontrak kerja sama, syarat pembayaran (term of payment), serta legalitas dokumen pengadaan.
- Mampu bernegosiasi untuk mendapatkan harga kompetitif, kualitas barang terbaik, dan waktu pengiriman yang tepat tanpa merusak hubungan jangka panjang dengan vendor
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Dapat berbahasa Indonesia & Hokien
