What they need
Kualifikasi:
- S1 semua jurusan (jurusan Kimia atau sejenisnya lebih disukai)
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai manager procurement
- Wajib fasih berbahasa Mandarin
- Berpengalaman dalam pengadaan bahan baku kimia menjadi nilai tambah
- Memahami proses regulasi pengadaan barang/jasa, prinsip negosiasi harga dan kontrak, serta vendor management
- Dapat membuat SOP, laporan, dan evaluasi vendor/supplier
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analitis, problem solving, dan leadership yang baik
