- Mengawasi dan memastikan proses produksi berjalan sesuai standar mutu, target produksi, dan ketentuan perusahaan
- Mengontrol pelaksanaan proses produksi agar berjalan efektif dan efisien
- Melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, serta pelaporan proses produksi
