What they need
- Desain Sistem & Logika: Menerjemahkan kebutuhan mesin ke dalam logika kontrol deterministik (urutan, interlock, timer, counter).
- Pemrograman: Menulis kode menggunakan standar seperti Ladder Diagram (LD), Structured Text (ST), atau Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Integrasi Perangkat: Menghubungkan PLC dengan sensor, aktuator, motor servo, VFD/inverter, pneumatic, HMI (Human Machine Interface), dan sistem SCADA.
- Pengujian & Debugging: Melakukan simulasi, upload/download program, memindai kesalahan logika, dan memastikan keselamatan sistem (safety interlock).
- Pemeliharaan & Troubleshooting: Mendiagnosis kerusakan mesin, memperbaiki bug kode, dan menganalisis aliran I/O atau listrik lapangan.
- Dokumentasi & Pelatihan: Membuat manual program yang mudah dibaca teknisi lain serta melatih operator mesin
