What they need
- Coordinate dan monitor progress projek dari awal sehingga selesai.
- Menyediakan dan mengemas kini project schedule, timeline dan progress report.
- Berhubung dengan client, supplier, contractor dan team dalaman berkaitan projek.
- Mengatur meeting, menyediakan minutes of meeting dan membuat follow-up terhadap action items.
- Memastikan kerja projek mengikut timeline, scope dan requirement yang ditetapkan.
- Menyediakan dan mengurus dokumen serta laporan projek.
- Follow-up dengan supplier/contractor berkaitan material, delivery dan kerja-kerja di site.
- Membantu menyelesaikan isu dan memastikan tindakan susulan dibuat dengan segera.
- Menjalankan tugasan lain yang berkaitan dengan projek apabila diperlukan.
