What they need
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan arsitek, developer, konsultan, serta pemerintah daerah terkait progress project dan kesempatan untuk menjadi recommended brand dan specification.
- Melakukan presentasi terkait produk knowledge kepada pihak external (arsitek, konsultan, dan pihak terkait lainnya), baik dalam sesi in-house maupun gathering.
- Melakukan follow up ke arsitek / konsultan sehingga brand RB SHERA masuk ke dalam document specification.
- Berkoordinasi dan memberikan support yang diperlukan oleh team sales project terkait project yang sedang di approach.
Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:
- Pendidikan min S.1, lebih diutamakan dari Teknik Arsitektur / Teknik Sipil.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Specifier dari industri Building Material.
- Memiliki jaringan dengan para arsitek / konsultan / developer
- Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas
