What they need
Melakukan monitoring dan pencatatan piutang dan hutang perusahaan, termasuk invoice, pembayaran, dan outstanding.
Membuat, memeriksa, dan mengirimkan invoice/tagihan customer, serta memastikan dokumen pendukung lengkap.
Melakukan pengecekan dan verifikasi invoice vendor berdasarkan PO, BAST/receiving, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi AR/AP serta memastikan kesesuaian antara invoice, pembayaran, dan saldo.
Menyiapkan dan memproses dokumen pembayaran sesuai prosedur dan jadwal perusahaan.
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen dan koordinasi dengan Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Operational, customer, dan vendor terkait proses AR/AP.
