What they need
Scope of Work:
- Mengelola prses pembelian dari request hingga barang diterima.
- Mencari, membandingkan, dan berkoordinasi dengan vendor/supplier.
- Melakukan negosiasi harga dan terms pembelian.
- Membuat PO serta memastikan pesanan sesuai kebutuhan, harga, dan timeline.
- Mengelola data supplier, harga, dan dokumentasi purchasing.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Finance, Warehouse, dan department terkait.
- Membuat laporan dan monitoring aktivitas purchasing.
Qualifications
- Minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Manajemen, Logistik, atau bidang terkait.
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di Purchasing/Procurement.
- Memahami alur dasar purchasing & administrasi PO.
- Terampil menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets.
- Komunikatif, teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bernegosiasi.
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan kebutuhan yang dinamis.
- Memiliki integritas dan sense of responsibility yang baik.
