What they need
- Melakukan pembelian kebutuhan material proyek berdasarkan Detail Lembar Kerja Proyek dan List Material dari tim produksi/design.
- Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengidentifikasi, membandingkan, dan menyeleksi supplier/vendor material berdasarkan harga, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman
- Mengelola database vendor dan riwayat pembelian dan Mengarsip dokumen pengadaan (PO, invoice, kontrak, laporan penerimaan).
- Melakukan inventarisasi seluruh aset perusahaan (elektronik, furnitur, kendaraan, peralatan kantor).
- Mencatat dan menginput data material masuk dan keluar ke dalam database gudang secara tertib dan real-time
- Melakukan stock control secara berkala untuk memastikan material yang fast-moving vs slow-moving/dead stock untuk keputusan pembelian ke depan
