- mulai dari mencari dan mengevaluasi supplier, melakukan negosiasi harga dan terms, hingga memastikan ketersediaan barang sesuai kebutuhan, kualitas, harga, dan waktu yang telah ditentukan.
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan supplier, memonitor proses pemesanan dan pengiriman, serta berkoordinasi dengan Inventory Control, Gudang, Finance, dan departemen terkait untuk memastikan proses purchasing berjalan lancar, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan.
