Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Manajemen, Teknik Industri, atau sejenis)
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Purchasing / Procurement (khususnya industri manufacture)
- Memahami proses pembelian & alur pengadaan barang dan penerimaan barang
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang tinggi, analisa harga terbaik dan deal yang menguntungkan perusahaan
- Menjaga komunikasi dengan vendor atau supplier
- Detail oriented dan cekatan
Jobdesk:
- Melakukan pembelian barang sesuai kebutuhan operasional
- Mencari & menjalin kerja sama dengan supplier/vendor
- Negosiasi harga, quality oriented, dan lead time
- Monitoring pengiriman & memastikan barang datang tepat waktu
- Mengontrol dan evaluasi harga serta performa supplier
