What they need
Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen, Akuntansi, Logistik, Bisnis Internasional, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di Purchasing Import/Procurement; pengalaman di perusahaan manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami proses import purchasing, shipping, dan customs clearance.
Memahami dokumen import seperti Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, dan dokumen terkait lainnya.
Mampu berkomunikasi dan melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier luar negeri.
Bahasa Inggris aktif, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel dan sistem ERP menjadi nilai tambah.
Teliti, komunikatif, memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan follow-up yang baik.
Mampu bekerja dengan target, deadline, dan koordinasi lintas departemen.
