- Membuat, memeriksa, dan memproses Purchase Order (PO) sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
- Mencari dan berkoordinasi dengan supplier untuk memperoleh penawaran harga serta memastikan pengiriman barang tepat waktu.
- Memantau ketersediaan stok dan melakukan pembelian sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
- Membantu melakukan pengecekan stok secara rutin serta mempebarui data persediaan agar tetap akurat.
- Mencatat dan memperbarui data pembelian serta inventaris menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan sistem perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang, produksi, dan finance terkait kebutuhan pembelian.
- Memastikan seluruh dokumen pembelian lengkap, akurat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
- Memberikan dukungan administratif dan operasional kepada tim purchasing.
