About This Role

RUANG LINGKUP PEKERJAAN A. QA Automation Engineering Services Membangun automation framework yang scalable dan reusable. Mengembangkan automated test script untuk: Mobile testing (Android & iOS) API testing Web testing Melakukan integration automation testing pada pipeline CI/CD. Maintenance automation script secara berkala. Defect analysis & root cause analysis. Menyusun test plan, test scenario, dan test execution report. Berkolaborasi dengan Developer, QA, Business Enablement, Production Support, dan Business Team. B. Continuous Testing & CI/CD Integration Automated regression testing & scheduled execution. Parallel execution testing. Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Reporting dashboard & test execution monitoring. C. Quality Governance Standarisasi automation coding & versioning/repository management. Automation framework maintainability & test coverage improvement. Defect leakage reduction & test reporting transparency. D. Mobile Compatibility & Device Coverage Testing Kompatibilitas pada Android & iOS (min. supported hingga latest stable version). Berbagai tipe perangkat: low-end, mid-range, flagship; multi-vendor (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, iPhone, dll). Berbagai kondisi jaringan: WiFi, 4G, 5G, slow/unstable, offline & reconnect. Performa & stabilitas: app launch, memory, crash, battery, foreground/background process. Security & OS policy: rooted/jailbroken detection, SSL pinning, secure storage. Deliverable: device matrix, compatibility report, defect analysis per device/OS. Support real device, emulator/simulator, device farm (BrowserStack, SauceLabs, Firebase Test Lab, dll).

Requirements

• SPESIFIKASI TEKNIS RESOURCE Persyaratan Wajib: Min
• 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai QA Automation Engineer di industri perbankan/fintech
• Menguasai automation testing: Mobile (Android & iOS), API, Web Application
• Menguasai bahasa pemrograman: Java, Go, atau TypeScript (min
• satu)
• Menguasai tools: Appium, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon Studio, Postman, RestAssured
• Menguasai Git, Jenkins/CI-CD pipeline, Agile Scrum, SDLC & STLC
• Keahlian Tambahan (Diutamakan): Performance testing (JMeter), security testing (OWASP Mobile Top 10)
• Database validation: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB
• Cloud environment (GCP/AWS/Azure), containerization & DevOps process
