- Menguasai analisis dan perhitungan kimia dasar (preparasi/titrasi)
- Familiar dengan alat laboratorium (spectrophotometer UV-VIS, Atomic AbsoptionSpectroscopy, Metode Kjeldahl dan Karl Fisher
- Memahami parameter uji pupuk (Nitrogen, Kalium,Kadar Air)
- Mampu membaca dan membuat COA (Certificate of Analysis)
- Memahami SNI Uji Analisa Pupuk
- Siap bekerja shift
- Mampu mengoperasikan computer
- Pengalaman 1 tahun dibidang yang sama
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mempunyai integritas yang tinggi
