- Koordinasi dengan Tenancy terkait temuan abnormal tenant
- Monitoring dan update data DB kios
- Mengupdate data hitungan HVAC
- Ceklist MEP tenant jelang opening
- Perhitungan safety factor breaker dan kabel feeder
- Analisa troubleshoot temperature tenant
- Supervisi jaringan instalasi baru tenant di area mall
- Mengupdate gambar perubahan MEP
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Bangunan, Listrik atau Mesin
- Menguasai AUTO CAD
- Memahami sistem MEP
- Pernah bekerja di High Risk Building
- Bisa microsoft excel
- Bisa membaca gambar As Built Drawing
