Melakukan kontrol proses dari proses penuangan raw material sampai dengan packing
Melakukan monitoring terhadap pre-op, CCP, OPRP selama proses produksi berlangsung
Melakukan sampling terhadap produk, serta reporting yang benar dan sesuai
