What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Min lulusan S1 Apoteker
- Min usia 30 tahun
- Berpengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang QA
- Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan GMP/CPAKB, ISO 13485, atau pelatihan terkait sistem mutu lainnya
- Teliti, analitis, sistematis, komunikatif, dan problem solving yang baik
Tugas dan Tanggungjawab
- Menangani penyimpangan, keluhan, dan tindak lanjut CAPA sesuai prosedur
- Melaksanakan kualifikasi dan validasi serta memastikan dokumentasinya lengkap
- Menyusun Product Quality Review (PQR) secara berkala
- Membantu pengendalian dokumen dan catatan mutu serta monitoring penerapan sistem mutu
- Membantu pelaksanaan audit dan tindak lanjut hasil audit
- Memantau persyaratan regulatori dan sertifikasi yang berlaku
