- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Kimia, Teknologi Pangan/Kimia, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama.
- Memahami quality parameters dan proses pengujian CPO & RBDPO.
- Memahami standar dan spesifikasi mutu CPO, RBDPO, serta produk refinery.
- Memahami ISO, GMP, HACCP, dan Food Safety.
- Berpengalaman dalam menangani ketidaksesuaian kualitas, Root Cause Analysis, dan Corrective Action.
- Memahami proses audit internal/eksternal dan tindak lanjut hasil audit.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri di lapangan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja lintas departemen.
