Maintain Operator Log Sheets, Oasis and SPC programs, Final Sheets, and Setup Sheets; program inspection equipment such as Oasis, Resec, Formscan, and Talyrond as needed.

Perform setup, incoming, in-process, and final audit inspections; complete SPC, process capability, and Gage R&R studies; train Quality Assurance technicians on documentation, measurement, and quality standards.

Support the ISO 9001 quality system and internal audits, prepare Certificates of Compliance, participate on the Management Team, recommend quality equipment, software, and training, support inspector development, reviews, and staffing recommendations, and help maintain a clean and safe work area.
